In a feature article entitled Hallmark of Luxury, the Real Estate Quarterly of the Boston Business Journal cited the collaboration of architect Marc Margulies (principal of
Margulies and Associates) and Ralph Nay to achieve the owner’s objectives. One key objective of the owner was " retaining the old-house charm, but totally modernizing and updating it. We wanted a combination of amenities, such as woodwork, with overall detail that was unique."
